Comedian Katt Williams defeats women’s suit over Midtown brawl

Attorney Gabe Banks secured a win for comedian Katt Williams, whose case was dismissed by a federal judge in Atlanta after the plaintiffs missed their deadline to properly serve the complaint. Williams has maintained his innocence throughout and is entitled to recover his defense costs.
